Shipping policy

Dispatch. Orders ship the next working day (Tuesday–Sunday, excluding UAE public holidays). You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order leaves us.

UAE. Delivery by courier in 1–2 working days maximum. Free shipping on orders over AED 300; below that, the rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

International. We ship worldwide from Dubai with DHL Express — flat AED 75 to the GCC, Europe, the UK and most of Asia (including Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and India), and flat AED 120 to the Americas, Australia and Africa. Most destinations take 3–7 working days. Customs duties or import taxes are charged by your country and are the customer's responsibility.

Payment. Prepaid only - cards, Apple Pay and other methods shown at checkout. We don't offer cash on delivery.
