Refund policy

Exchanges within 7 days. If the size or fit isn't right, email info@one8.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. You can exchange in person at our boutique: Shop S3-43-10, Al Seef, Al Hamriya, Dubai.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of use will not be accepted. 

Items marked SALE are final sale.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number - we'll replace it at no cost to you.

We don't offer cash refunds.
