Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide from Dubai. UAE orders over AED 300 ship free (AED 50 below that). International shipping is a flat AED 75 to the GCC, Europe, the UK and most of Asia, and a flat AED 120 to the Americas, Australia and Africa. Orders dispatch the next working day; international orders may be subject to import duties payable on delivery. Details in our shipping policy.

What is your returns policy?

If the size or fit isn't right, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and we'll arrange an exchange — items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Items marked SALE are final sale, and we don't offer cash refunds. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, send us photos within 7 days and we'll replace it at no cost. You can also exchange in person at our Al Seef boutique. See our refund policy.

Where is my order?
